Delete your account & data

Deleting your Altamens account is permanent. When you delete your account, we remove:

• your sign-in account (Google or Apple link to Altamens);
• all leaderboard entries with your name and scores;
• your synced profile data on our servers;
• locally stored progress on this device (stats, streaks, bests).

Payment and billing records held by Stripe, Apple or Google are retained by those providers as required for accounting and legal purposes. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from your profile settings or your app store — deleting your account does not cancel billing automatically.

Prefer to request deletion by email?

Email support@altamens.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request", and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
